  • Medical nutrition therapy for disease management, such as:
    • PCOS
    • Diabetes/Pre-Diabetes
    • Gastrointestinal conditions
    • High blood pressure

We help people break away from chaotic eating and exercise patterns, leave behind anxiety around food, and discover a more sustainable way to care for their body with an emphasis on self-compassion.

We work with people of all ages, sizes, abilities, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, gender identities, and neurodiversities. This is a space where we aim to cultivate trust, collaboration and inclusivity.

During our first session, we’ll complete a full nutrition assessment so we can learn more about your story and about your nutrition goals. As you feel comfortable, we will begin to explore your past and present relationship with food and exercise, eating patterns, body image concerns, medical history, digestive health, stress levels, sleep patterns, and more. As a team, we will discuss your hopes for our sessions, create a roadmap for healing and identify the areas you would like to focus on in our work together.

Through these sessions, we will work together to address challenges and celebrate your progress. Our hope is that our sessions will provide you will a safe space to work through any feelings, thoughts and experiences you are dealing with as we focus on building skills to feel your best without dieting, restriction, or food/body obsessions.

Equity Pricing and Reduced Fee Rate2021-09-08T16:04:22-06:00

We reserve a few reduced fee equity-based pricing slots because accessible care is important. People who identify as Black/Brown/POC, Indigenous, disabled, LGBTQIA+, low-income, or fat* will be given priority for reduced fee spots. Clients who can pay the full fee provide a sustainable model for those who cannot afford it.

Please disclose you are seeking a reduced fee slot when you make your first contact and we will let you know if one is available.

Please note our reduced fee offering is $70 per hour. We understand that this still may be inaccessible, and hope to offer even more accessible rates in the future.

*We use the term fat as a neutral descriptor, similarly to short or tall
