55 MINUTE INITIAL CONSULTATION
During our first session, we’ll complete a full nutrition assessment so we can learn more about your story and about your nutrition goals. As you feel comfortable, we will begin to explore your past and present relationship with food and exercise, eating patterns, body image concerns, medical history, digestive health, stress levels, sleep patterns, and more. As a team, we will discuss your hopes for our sessions, create a roadmap for healing and identify the areas you would like to focus on in our work together.

Our hope is that our sessions will provide you will a supportive space to work through any feelings, thoughts, and experiences you are dealing with as we focus on building skills to feel your best without dieting, restriction, or food/body obsessions.

Transparency around health care costs is important to us. We will provide Good Faith Estimates under the No Surprises Act explaining the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, which you can read more about here. You may ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, click here or call our office at (208) 615-2057.
We reserve a few reduced fee equity-based pricing slots because accessible care is important. People who identify as Black/Brown/POC, Indigenous, disabled, LGBTQIA+, low-income, or fat* will be given priority for reduced fee spots. Clients who can pay the full fee provide a sustainable model for those who cannot afford it.
Please disclose you are seeking a reduced fee slot when you make your first contact and we will let you know if one is available. Our reduced fee offering is $70 per hour. We understand that this still may be inaccessible, and hope to offer even more accessible rates in the future.
