The truth of the matter is that you are good enough just the way you are. I want to help you develop a nourishing relationship with food and your body so you can enjoy your life to the fullest — which can definitely include donuts. I work from a Health At Every Size approach, which means I support people of all sizes in finding compassionate ways to take care of themselves without focusing on their weight.
